Manny Randazzo King Cakes was established since 1992, serving locals with the best king cake around. Manny is a second generation baker, learning baking techniques, the special formulation of his famous king cakes, and cake decoration from his father, Manuel Randazzo, Sr., at his father's bakery in Chalmette, Louisiana.

 
Each year, Manny opens his bakery Christmas week to make his special Christmas King Cakes. Then, January 3rd, Manny Randazzo King Cakes opens its doors for the King Cake Season, which runs all the way to Mardi Gras Eve, serving their world famous king cakes to the local public.
